Good ol' Silver Spur Western Wear

Girth travels near and far to find the very best, whether it is beer, fine cuisine, guitar pickers or western wear.

Wanna know where Girth gets his stage gear? None other than Silver Spur Western Wear down in Branson, Missouri. Jump in your jalopy and take a road trip to the Ozarks! It is second to none.

Oh, and tell them Girth sent ya.

See You Saturday!

Hey! We are performing in Verndale, Minnesota, this Saturday night!

Be there or be square.

We like to call Verndale "Party Town, USA." Want to know why? Come out Saturday night and find out!

Meanwhile, today we were thinking about the historic gigs we've played in the past.

It is on the internet so it must be true.

The Rock 'N Roll Jamboree with Elvis. We were pretty new back then. Gene Vincent was a hoot. Here's a bit of trivia for you: did you know it was almost "Bill Haley and the Mugwugs"?? It is probably true. Ask anyone in the band.

Appearing with the Beatles in San Francisco, 1966. We knew it was their last gig, but Lennon made us take an oath of silence. Again, this is probably true.

Our first and only gig with horns at a high school dance in the 1950's. We decided it was too hard to sing while playing a saxophone. Also, we didn't know how to play saxophone.

See you in Verndale!
